More about Omega:
In 1997 Omega released the Missions Collection suite case, which was limited to 50 cases. It contained 22 Speedmaster models, including a newly released Speedmaster '57 Re-Edition, or "replica". A year later, the model became available to purchase on its own, and was produced through 2003.
The Speedmaster '57 Re-Edition was designed to look similar to the original Omega Speedmaster CK2915, featuring the "Broad Arrow" hands, applied Omega symbol, and lack of "Professional" text. Although the modern version had many of the design elements that were reminiscent of the 2915, it has a modern feel and look (including a larger case size than the original model). A timeless chronograph, the Speedmaster '57 Re-Edition is a modern update on an iconic sport watch.
