More about Omega:
The present watch is a mint example of a Speedmaster Professional reference 145.012. Featuring the “pie-pan” dial that has a clear step from the outer minute division ring, it has a gorgeous Tropical dial. The Chocolate brown dial is complimented by the loss of the luminous on the markers, which have now gained a contrasting white shade matching the baton hands. The lugs feature sharp facets and the crisp case back logo engraving add to the desirability of this example. The more common "Tropical" Speedmaster is the ref 145.022 with a pre-moon back but a 861 movement. A Tropical 145.012 speedmaster is a much rarer watch, this combo of the calibre 321, earlier reference and brown dial will be enjoyed by a collector for years to come.
